Exterior Makeover
We interviewed 5 General Contractors when we decided to make some improvements to our home in Sunriver. We chose Ron Webb because he had the most professional business process for bidding the project and managing change orders. We also liked his personable collaborative style and he had great references.
Ron and his team replaced a wall of sliding doors by designing a beautiful new wall with an updated window configuration. In addition, they replaced all the windows of our home, re-sided, added stacked rock siding across the front and around the garage. They also painted and refinished one deck and designed and built a new front entrance. The work they did really updated our home and brought it out of the 1970’s.
We couldn’t be happier with the work Ron did for us. He came in on time, on budget and with the quality he promised. He and his team did such a great job …that our neighbors hired him after watching the project develop and the hard work ethic of him and his team. Whole House Remodel with Garage Addition
We currently live in Tigard, OR but purchased a home in the Three Rivers area and are planning to make it our full-time residence in the near future. The house needed major renovations including an addition to the garage, a new roof, new siding & windows, and a new kitchen.
We liked Ron from the moment we met him and soon developed an excellent working relationship. Monitoring a large remodel from a distance is difficult, so it was very helpful to have a contractor who is a good communicator. Ron kept us in the loop on a daily basis with phone calls, text messages and photo updates.
Ron has a lot of experience as a contractor and is very knowledgeable. He did an outstanding job of overseeing the project and made sure things were done correctly. We found Ron to be very honest and trustworthy; when he made commitments, he always followed through with them. When we had a misunderstanding on a design element of our kitchen, he did what it took to give us exactly what we wanted, even at an extra cost to him.
The project is complete and everything looks even better than we imagined. We’re really looking forward to moving into the house in the coming months. Thank you Ron for the excellent job that you did!

Sunroom Addition
After interviewing several contractors, Ron Webb was last. What I immediately liked was that Ron very clearly wanted to build what pleased us and in the way I had described as “cozy”. Well, that is what we got. Our all season sunroom is beautiful in every aspect. From the design including the window seat, to the windows, the insulation, and overall solid feel to the room, which happens to be the quietest room in the house.
Ron is an excellent listener and then gives feedback based on his experience as to whether changes need to be considered, which I imagine happens with all remodels. There are no surprises with Ron. Communication is one of his strengths.
We also have pets including 4 indoor cats and Ron and his sub-contractors were very considerate and careful to keep our pets from escaping.
We have had so many compliments on our addition, but most of all WE love it and can’t believe what a difference it makes to the feel of our home. It completes it and looks like it was always there. Shower Remodel
Thrilled!
We bought a second home in Bend in 2008 and for 4 years tolerated a guest bathroom with a very makeshift shower that we had improvised. With an upcoming vacation stay and additional guests expected, I called Ron to ask for an estimate to have a new, deeper tub, tiled shower surround, plumbed shower and a window above the tub that would be harmonious with the shower usage. We had 6 weeks from the time of the first conversation until our scheduled need for the completed project.
Ron and his crew were helpful, understanding, cooperative, timely, clean and careful with every step of the process. The project was finished to our satisfaction and delight a week or so ahead of schedule. We’ve enjoyed this new space every time we visit, and its lovely functionality has improved the feel of the whole house.
I would highly recommend Ron Webb and his company to anyone with a remodel project, and we plan to use him again when we dream up another change for the house.

Bathroom Remodel
When we decided to remodel our bathroom we did not hesitate in going back to Ron Webb Remodeling. Ron had done a previous addition for us which we are very happy with.
As with the first project his communication with us was outstanding. Continually updating us on when he or sub-contractors would be there was the norm. His attention to detail not only with the work he does but also the subcontractors was really appreciated.

Deck Extension
When we started looking into finding the right person to build our deck extension, we weren’t sure who to put our faith in. Ron has been wonderful to work with. New Front Door and Skylights
We worked with Ron on our living room project for our new Sunriver home. He added a new front door and skylights for us. Ron listened to what our ultimate goals were for the space and brainstormed ideas with us. His work was wonderful…. but even better it was great working with him. Small Room Addition
In today’s new economy, selling a home isn’t always the best decision for a homeowner. With prices having declined and long periods of marketing time, sometimes it is best for owners to remodel instead. This can help enhance the environment while living in the home for a longer period of time or for resale purposes.
When looking at options for our home, my husband and I contacted Ron Webb to install a sunroom. Upon further evaluation, Ron was very candid with us and said that it would be more cost-effective and easy to control climate by merely converting our covered back patio, instead of adding all the windows involved with a sunroom. So, we hired him for the job and ended up with a room that has great light, good functionality, and cost about half of the original budget.

Sunroom Addition
Ron Webb Remodeling added a sunroom on to our home. This was the most pleasant contractor experience, we have ever had! With Ron on site doing most of the work and his wife Kelli keeping the books straight the project ran very smoothly.
Ron is a great communicator, we always knew what was going to happen next, by whom and when. If the plan changed, he always promptly let us know. We quickly learned that if he said it was going to happen tomorrow, it did.
Ron’s 35 years of experience was apparent in all he did. His bid was accurate and unexpected challenges were easily solved. All his work was of high quality and he accomplished a great deal of work each day. At the end of each day, he always cleaned up his mess and put his tools away.

Sunroom, Pavers, and Artificial Grass
Ron did a 12′ x 13′ sunroom off my dining room. He was not high pressured and I felt very comfortable discussing my ideas with him. I had sketched my ideas for my sunroom and I also had pictures of what I wanted. Between the two of us we came up with my ideal sunroom. Ron had checked with the city building inspector to insure that the sunroom was constructed according to city building codes.
From start to finish Ron took pictures of the project and emailed them to me as I was not living in the area when the project was started. We had lengthy discussions on the window style, ceiling beams and heating. He matched the interior window framing with the other areas of the house. He always cleaned up the messes and left with everything in order. He took his time and did a great job.
Ron also did a paver patio off of the concrete patio in my back yard. He did a fabulous job of laying a curved paver patio that had a lot of cutting involved to make the shape that I wanted. I was very pleased with the project.
Then Ron took on a project of installing artificial turf in my backyard. He researched the varieties and the kind of drainage to make sure that I had the best kind of turf for having three dogs do wear and tear on it.
Ron worked on my projects for about 5 months. He was in and out of my house on a regular basis. We became friends and he was like one of the family. I trusted him fully and so did my dogs. I would highly recommend Ron anytime to do a project. He is reliable, trustworthy and dependable. He is a great contractor and does excellent work.

Whole House Remodel
My wife and I live in Portland and we purchased a second home in Sunriver. In addition to the home being a rustic retreat for our family, it’s also vacation rental property.
The home pretty much needed a total update and because we live out of town, we really needed a remodeling contractor that we could trust. Our property management company in Sunriver referred us to Ron.
We really like Ron’s personality. He’s very warm and friendly and handled everything in a very professional manner. We like the ideas he came up with and felt comfortable in leaving our whole house remodel in Ron’s hands with our input of course.
Ron kept a line of communication going throughout the remodeling project. We especially enjoyed the pictures he sent throughout the job so we could see the progress.
We hired Ron and his team to install new windows and doors throughout the house. They took down a wall that separated the dining room from the living room to make it more open. They re-did the linoleum floors with tile in both bathrooms, the kitchen, dining room, laundry room and the front foyer.
Ron also tore out the countertops in the bathrooms and kitchen and re-did those with granite tiles. They painted the bedrooms, hallway, bathrooms, bathroom cabinets and kitchen cabinets. They also tore down the lava rock accent wall behind the fireplace and hearth in the living room and re-did both with slate.
We purchased a new wood stove, new appliances, new faucets and sinks. Ron even installed the new bunk beds we purchased for one of the bedrooms.
This was a very large project and it turned out perfectly. We would definitely recommend Ron to family and friends and we’ll use him for any future projects.

Multiple Projects
I recently utilized Ron Webb Remodeling to be the general contractor on a multi-faceted remodel project at my place in Sunriver. The project included putting in new granite countertops, sinks, faucets, ceiling lighting, new appliances, drywall repair and electrical work in multiple rooms.
